What is your internal GPS?
We have this essence within us which tells us what we should do. Most of the time we are ruled by our minds but it matters to go back to our heart-centered space and trust in our own inner truth. You have all the answers that you need for your life and for your business. It is time to stop giving away your power. Stop asking people for advice on how to lead your life. When people do not come from a heart-centered space, they get stuck with their limiting beliefs and misconceptions on what success should be like.
Sometimes our ego, which is our mindset runs in contradiction with our heart. Our mind tells us what it thinks is right that we often disregard what our heart tells us. There is an internal conflict between our heart and our ego. "The heart does things for reasons that reason cannot understand", this quote best explains why it is better to be guided by your heart. Let your heart guide you in everything you do because it is founded in love and in your personal truth.
When we are disconnected with our inner GPS, it manifests in our body. We start to feel less confident with ourselves. Our beauty lies in our truth, in our inner GPS. It guides us and allows us to navigate this world so we can live joyfully and abundantly. When we are connected with our inner GPS, we are living our true purpose. You get to experience all the good things this world has to offer.
Knowing that you have been created beautifully and intelligently by having your own internal GPS that only you have is something to be thankful for. As a person and as a relational being, you have the tendency to look for direction and to seek guidance from others. There is nothing wrong with asking for advice or seeking counsel from someone else. But you have to be careful whom to ask advice from, what may be true for others may not be your personal truth.
Now that you know how important it is to come from your heart-centered space, how do you become aware when you are ruled by your ego or guided by your heart?
When you make decisions rooted from feelings of inferiority, of staying safe in your comfort zone, and is fear-based, you are being ruled by your ego. The ego is your human voice and is usually dictated by other people - your friends, family, and other people surrounding you. But when you make decisions grounded on what it means for you as a whole being, on your truth, and is love-based, you are being guided by your heart. The heart has a flowery voice and addresses you with love and tenderness.
Follow the voice of your heart. Listen to it. Give yourself time to hear it speak to you. Ask your heart the questions that you have been meaning to find answers to. Release that negative mind chatter that has been holding you back. Remind yourself that you are worthy of love and success.
