When you face your fears, you give others permission to do the same.
Most of the time, your fears and worries are not real. They do not exist. And your fears do not manifest in reality. Majority of the time, it is all in your head. They are negative thoughts that others might have imposed on you. They are not part of your character. They do not define you. You are not your fears. You can separate yourself from them. You can choose to allow positive thoughts to only enter your mind.
Stop that overthinking. Overthinking is good if it allows you to solve a problem or learn something new. But if overthinking only brings more fear, you have to stop it. It is unhealthy. It is not a good habit. Overthinking only cripples you and fixates you over things beyond control. Wouldn't you want to take charge of your life? You can. As soon as you stop yourself from overthinking, recognize your fears and know where they coming from, accept them and let them go.
Take that leap of faith. Your true power lies within you. You have not yet reached your best self, so who are you to limit yourself? Small, continuous improvement is key for you to reach your best self. It does not happen overnight. It is a principle that you must acquire over the years and apply in your life.
Don't run away from the fear. Stay with it, because when you do it dissipates and freedom arrives. When you stay with your fears, they become small and insignificant. When you face them and overcome them, you will be unbeatable. Nothing can intimidate you now from reaching your dream. Nothing else can get in your way for you to reach your highest goals.
