Are you ready to expand your reach and serve clients more deeply, working less and earning more, while you build a community of like-minded people and have a lot more fun doing it?
Are you ready to discover what I’ve done to earn $11,964 in less than one week?
If that’s the case, then this post is for you.
Our previous article discussed the first step to create, launch, and sell your group coaching program. For those of you who missed step one of this article, I highly suggest going back and have a read. Over there, you’ll learn the first step on how to get crystal clear on your promise to clients.
In this article, I’m sharing with you step two of my proven five-step process to help you create, launch, and sell your high-level group coaching program.
Gone are the days of chasing clients after clients, living paycheck to paycheck. It’s your time to shine, step up, hold your space, and serve more people more profoundly and earn a lot of money doing so.
Step two of this guide focuses on identifying and outlining your process to help your clients.
How to Outline and identify your process to help your clients.
This process is about mapping out the course. You know where you’ve been and where you’re. You know what problem you want to help your perfect client solve.
In his book “The art of war,” Sun Tzu says that “Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy are the noise before defeat.”
When it comes to selling, we don’t necessarily care about all of the tactics on how to get there; We need to be sold from the place of possibility or getting out of the pain that we are in or towards the pleasure we desire.
When it comes to creating your group coaching program, you, as the go-to guide on this adventure, need to know the tactics and step-by-step or checkpoints that need to take place for your clients to get to where they want to be.
When it comes to mapping up your course and identifying the checkpoints, there are four elements that you need to consider:
Keep the end in mind. Your client has a problem, and they want you to help them solve it. They want your help to get on the top of the mountain. Keep that end in mind. You also need to know what checkpoints to use to help get where they want to go.
Reverse engineer the path. Understand where your clients want to go versus where they are and work your way backwards.
Figure out how you’re going to establish the lines of communication. There are a million different options for you to choose from when it comes to the group coaching program. For example, I have created a digital course, and in my high-level group coaching program, you receive a set of short easy to digest videos at the top of the week, and then we meet on live question and answer calls at the end of the week. You may also choose to start here or choose what works for you and your business.
Follow-up and make sure that each checkpoint is reached before you move on. You don’t need to be 10 or 20 steps ahead of your ideal client in the coaching business. You only need to be one or two. You need to know all the checkpoints and when to look back to help your client get to that next point.
Conclusion
Do your due diligence and identify a problem that people have and are willing to pay for it.
For you to create a group coaching program, think about the transformation, what you have proven in your own life or another client, and do your work first so that you know your coaching program idea will be viable.
You can also join online communities and ask questions but make sure that you first know who, what to help them with, and what specific problem you want to solve.
