In this episode, I'm going to share with you my five-step proven methods on exactly what to do to create, launch, and sell your high-level group coaching program.
This method is the exact strategy that I used to stop living by pay-check to pay-check and successfully sold $11 964 in less than one week.
Here are five proven methods to create, launch, and sell your group coaching program:
Get crystal clear on your promise
Outline your process
Packaging
Setting the exact right price for your program
It's all about the pitch
I will discuss more deeply about step one in this blog post.
Getting crystal clear to your promise
What's the same transformation that you, your product, your service, in this case, your group coaching program will help your client achieve?
Think of it as a new explorer trying to navigate new lands. You've never built this coaching program before, you might be having an idea, and you're hoping to get there, but you're not exactly sure.
In getting crystal clear, you have to identify three key areas:
Who do you want to help?
What do you want to help them with?
Why do you want to help them?
When I first started my business, I was taking on anyone and everyone. I was making a little money.
No matter where you are in business, you have to choose that one ideal type of person that you want to serve and come up with that core problem that you want to help.
It wasn't until I got crystal clear in my business that I meant to help the busy mums and professionals who want to lose weight and feel great, gain strength in their bodies, and gain strength in their minds.
And until I got clear on the same transformation that I offered, that's when my business took over from zero to six figures in just under six months.
I want you to be thinking not only about whom you're feeling called to serve, why you want to help them but most importantly, the exact transformation you want them to have.
When it comes to crafting your perfect power statement, there are four core elements that you need to include:
The desired result- What exactly your potential group coaching clients want to achieve. What's that thing that they're hoping to be or to have? Is it something that you can confidently deliver?
Determine the time frame that's the realistic amount of time to accomplish the desired result that your coaching program will deliver on. Nail down the time frame that you feel confident that you can help your prospective client go from where they're to where they want to be in that specific allotted time.
Identify the core benefit- Whatever the solution you're offering, drive home the core benefits. Drill it down and make it more specific, something that your ideal client can relate to
Identify the core challenge or the fear-Make sure you highlight your ideal client core problems or difficulties. Think about whom your perfect client is and the ultimate transformation you're going to provide for them.
Wrapping up
To get crystal clear to your promise, you need to think about whom your ideal client is, and the ultimate transformation you will provide to them. It would be best to think of what problem you want to solve and what you want to help them.
